Salesforce AI Engineer

Our client, a fully funded large start-up is hiring a Salesforce AI Engineer. This position is responsible for AI solutions development, data integration, automation, reporting, compliance and security. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM capabilities, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI solutions tailored to the Salesforce CRM platform to enhance customer engagement, lead management, and financial forecasting.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI models with Salesforce data.
• Build and train machine learning models.
• Develop and implement AI-driven automation solutions for repetitive tasks, improving efficiency across various processes.
• Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other tools.
• Create dashboards and reports to track AI-driven insights.
• Provide clear documentation on the AI solution development processes, model architectures and modifications.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation exercises before deploying AI solutions.
• Establish a feedback loop for our AI solutions

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing AI solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Apex.
• Experience with AI platforms and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Salesforce Einstein
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.
