Amy’s stock participation in 2008.

RUTH GONZÁLEZ, CPC
PRESIDENT & CEO / PARTNER

Ruth González Méndez, CPC is President & CEO / Partner at Careers, Inc. Ruth also oversees the Operations Management, Manufacturing & Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction & Development, and Insurance Group in our company, which is responsible for the recruiting of all executive, management and technical positions within those sectors. Prior to joining Careers Inc. in November 1993, Ruth was Senior Consultant at Executive Search Associates. Preceding this experience in Executive Recruiting, González worked in the highly competitive world of investment banking at Drexel Burnham Lambert, and commenced her career at General Motors Overseas Corporation. Ruth has a degree in Accounting from New York University and is certified as a Personnel Administrator from the Advanced Business School of Personnel Administration. She is also a designated Certified Personnel Consultant by the National Association of Personnel Services. In November 1997, González became a Partner at Careers Inc. and in April 2008, President / Owner of the company. Ruth is a member of the Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association (PRMA), the Society for Human Resources Management, Puerto Rico Manufacturing Chamber of Commerce, and is an active collaborator with MDA and other Non-Profit organizations.

CARLA DEYO, CPC
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT / PARTNER

Carla Deyo, CPC is Senior Vice President and Partner at Careers Inc. Carla also oversees the Sales & Marketing Group in our company, which is responsible for the recruiting of all Marketing and Sales positions, across all industries, including Retail and Hospitality; as well as the non-profit sector. Carla developed her recruiting skills with Careers Inc. when she joined our firm in 1979, progressing to her current position as Sr. VP & Partner. Carla is a member of the Sales & Marketing Executives Association of San Juan, the Society for Human Resources Management, and for the past 16 years, a member of the Advisory Board of the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Puerto Rico (MDA). Carla attended the University of Puerto Rico, majoring in English. She is one of the first four professionals in Puerto Rico designated as a Certified Personnel Consultant, by the National Association of Personnel Services. On November 1997, Deyo became a Partner in Careers Inc. and in April 2008, Senior Vice President / Owner.

CLARA AMIAMA
VICE PRESIDENT / PARTNER

Ms. Clara Amiama is Vice President, Senior Consultant and Partner at Careers Inc. Clara also supervises the Financial, Banking and Information Systems Group in our company, which is responsible for recruiting all executive, management, technical and entry-level positions in those disciplines, in addition to those in the Legal profession. Prior to her joining Careers Inc. in 1995, Clara worked for two years as a Recruiting Consultant within a multinational recruiting firm. Preceding her Executive Recruiting experience, Amiama worked for several years at Procter & Gamble, where she earned several promotions including being the first woman in Latin America to become a District Field Representative. In addition, she worked in the Advertising and Marketing Research fields with the advertising agency Jay Walter Thompson Puerto Rico. Clara has a degree in Advertising and Latin American Studies from the University of Florida. In February 1998, Clara was invited to become a Partner in Careers, Inc. and in April 2008, Vice President / Owner.
