Our Client, a fast paced growing financial institution is hiring a proven-builder of banking client relationships. The mission of these positions is to grow clients’ portfolio and build long-lasting business relationships with flexibility and access to business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Client acquisition: being at the forefront identifying and targeting business clients, understand their needs and introduce them to multiple business solutions
• Being the point of contact for clients, owning the relationship.
• Market research and penetration of business opportunities of the market assigned
• Strategic partnership with key business people to drive business development initiatives
• Lead the sales strategy, setting targets of prospective business in the community

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or related field
• 5 plus years of proven success in Banking business development
• Proven ability in maintaining business clients’ portfolio
• Network of contacts within the business community in Puerto Rico
