SAP Business Analyst

Our client, a fully funded large start-up is hiring an SAP Business Analyst who will come aboard to improve their client management, case tracking, and business operations by using SAP CRM.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads and end-users to understand and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into creative and effective technical solutions within SAP.
• Configure SAP settings for users and workflows, ensuring solutions meet business needs without compromising system integrity.
• Lead SAP projects from conception to implementation, including managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into client data, case management, and business operations.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Provide ongoing support to SAP users, resolving issues and ensuring user satisfaction.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with at least 2 years focused on SAP.
• Strong understanding of SAP CRM functionality
• SAP certification is highly preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish & English)
