Finance Director

Our client, is hiring a Finance Director to ensure accurate and insightful financial reporting functions to support the Engineering and Capital Programs projects. This department will ensure cross-business alignment.

The ideal candidate will require a strong background in financial analysis and, strategic leadership skills. Accurate reporting will support strategic analysis and decision making. The objective of the position is to be the financial partner of Capital Projects and Engineering division.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement finance models, forecast and budget to support a millionaire construction expansion.
• Provide strategic direction for the financial analysis function.
• Lead a team of financial analysts.
• Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to make recommendations to senior management.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial information.

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• MBA /CPA/CFA nice to have
• 10 plus years of experience in financial planning analysis
• Leadership experience
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and Microsoft excel
• Excellent presentation skills to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Fully bilingual
