Data Analyst

Our client, a leader in the sales and distribution industry is hiring a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join their team. This role will focus on supporting data organization, reporting, and quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and analyzing data using established tools and systems to drive insights and maintain data integrity across the organization. This positing requires to work on-site in the offices in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities:

• Organize, maintain, and analyze datasets for reporting and operational efficiency
• Prepare and generate reports using tools such as Oracle and Power BI
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and usability of data outputs
• Assist in identifying data quality issues and support continuous data improvement initiatives
• Work with data stewardship systems to track, manage, and ensure data standards and compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology Sciences, Information Systems, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience working with structured data, reporting, data stewardship and data management.
• Experience in sales & distribution industries, preferred.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish). Spanish fluency not negotiable.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Working knowledge of data systems and stewardship tools
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate findings effectively across teams
