Description
Our client, a fully funded large start-up is hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst who will come aboard to improve their client management, case tracking, and business operations by using Salesforce CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads and end-users to understand and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into creative and effective technical solutions within Salesforce.
- Configure Salesforce settings for users and workflows, ensuring solutions meet business needs without compromising system integrity.
- Lead Salesforce projects from conception to implementation, including managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into client data, case management, and business operations.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, resolving issues and ensuring user satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality
- Salesforce certification is highly preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish & English)
