Policy and Research Lead

Our Client, a prestigious consulting firm is seeking an Policy and Research Lead to support their team.

• Track project implementation, handle complex analyses, and prepare communications to report back to Director.
• Monitor developments and advise Director on implementation strategy or if delays are expected
• Mentor and assist staff in the implementation of all key measures.
• Develop and review implementation support processes to ensure consistency.
• Provide strategic planning support to the Department, including drafting sections of research and program design proposals, as needed.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, public policy, public health, data science or any related field.
• 10+ years of experience working with statistics and economic data
• Previous experience applying advanced research methodologies and quantitative analysis techniques.
• Fully bilingual (Spanish and English).
