Accounting Manager

Our client, a Multinational Leader in the service industry is hiring their Accounting Manager reporting directly to the Finance Director. This position is responsible for the supervision and final presentation of financial statements and reporting to Management, External Auditors and Board of Directors.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement action plans to achieve Business objectives
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, internal controls, and fiduciary requirements
• Ability to analyze operational indicators resulting in revenue fluctuations
• Strong analytical skills to analyze and explain variances between business results and budget
• Financial Planning experience to analyze the financial impact of business decisions
• Expertise in GAAP
• Basic knowledge of International Financial Reporting standards (IFRS).
• Basic knowledge of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting requirements.

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting
• 6 plus years of professional experience in accounting, and or related disciplines such Public accounting, finance, internal controls management
• 2 plus years in a supervisory role with proven leadership
• Expertise in Word, Excel, (Pivot tables & Vertical Lookup) and Power Point.
• Fully Bilingual
