Tax Manager

Our Client, a Multinational Leader in the Service Industry is hiring a Tax Manager. This position is a key member of the finance department and is responsible for the compliance with tax laws and regulations, contributing to maintaining financial accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all tax- related functions.
• Manage Tax audits
• Represents the Company in all tax related matters
• Provide guidance and support to management on tax implications of business decisions and transactions
• Responsible for the Compliance of all tax filings required by Local and Federal regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• CPA license
• Five plus years of experience in the tax division of a Public Accounting Firm or Company.
• Two plus years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of federal and local tax rulings
• Previous experience managing tax compliance
• Strong knowledge of USA GAAP
• Fully Bilingual
