Description
Our client, a global leader in ingredients and specialty chemicals with operations in 60+ countries, is searching for a Sales Executive to join their team. You’ll be responsible to drive growth by managing key customer relationships, developing tailored value propositions, and identifying new market opportunities across food segments such as bakery, dairy, meat, savory, confectionery, and beverages.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow assigned customer portfolios through exceptional service and strategic sales.
- Develop and communicate business value propositions.
- Conduct market research, identify new opportunities, and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Lead technical visits, workshops, and prototype presentations tailored to each segment.
- Build strong partnerships with customers and suppliers to drive mutual growth.
- Prospect new clients, recover former accounts, and ensure proactive collections management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry or Food Science preferable.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in industrial sales, food or specialty chemicals industry.
- Intermediate English (B2) – strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and USA).
