Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys
  • Preparing legal documents and notices
  • Maintenance of a case log and/or file for reference and review
  • Transmitting legal correspondence to clients, witnesses and court officials by electronic filing, mail, fax or messenger
  • Receive visits and telephone calls
  • Assisting with accounting and billing
  • Coordinating appointments, including all correspondence and logistics necessary
  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting data to help coordinate case preparation
  • Organizes client conferences and attorney meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Fluency in Spanish and intermediate level English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Extremely organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and switch focus with ease
  • Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • 3+ years of experience
