Tax Consultant

Our Client, a well-established firm in Metro Area is looking for a Tax Lawyer Consultant for their consulting division.

Responsibilities:

• Navigate the complex tax codes at federal, state, and local levels
• Advocate on behalf the company with tax agencies
• Handle disputes related to tax obligations
• Handle tax consulting in commercial and corporate transactions
• Advise on the financial or tax implications of business mergers, sales, and acquisitions
• Provide guidance on commercial real estate purchases or other asset purchases that may affect a company's taxes

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Juris Doctor
• CPA a plus
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)

Compensation: Commensurate with candidate experience plus excellent fringe benefits.
