EHS Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced EHS Supervisor to oversee environmental health and safety programs at our facility. This role ensures compliance with EPA, OSHA, and DRNA regulations, promotes a safe workplace, and drives a strong culture of environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies and procedures.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments; ensure corrective actions.
• Lead investigations of incidents, prepare reports, and implement preventive measures.
• Provide training on safety practices, first aid, and environmental awareness.
• Manage workers’ compensation claims and support regulatory audits.
• Ensure compliance with air, waste, and water requirements.

• Bachelor’s in Environmental Science, Safety, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 4+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, medical device, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries.
• Strong knowledge of EPA, OSHA, DRNA, and workers’ compensation requirements.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong communication and leadership skills.
