Description
Our client a growing and well-established construction firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Construction Operations Manager to serve as a key member of the leadership team. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role is responsible for overseeing core operations, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of company initiatives across departments.
- Supervise cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee daily operations while driving continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and performance.
- Manage internal workflows, resource allocation, and operational planning.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and contractual commitments.
- Monitor performance metrics and financial data to guide operational decisions.
- Support business development efforts and help identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering (required)
- Proven experience in operations leadership or a similar management role.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
