Description
As Branch Manager, you will oversee a large team, manage administrative and operational workflows, ensure service excellence, and maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team, including supervisors, coordinators, and field staff.
- Oversee branch operations such as staffing, scheduling, logistics, and administrative workflows.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable industry regulations.
- Conduct site visits to support teams and ensure service quality (including personnel in security-related roles).
- Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic planning, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Ensure field operations in the security services sector meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations or branch management roles. Preferred 5 to 10 years of experience in the Security, Banking, Retail, or Automotive industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Criminology, or Forensic Science; or Associate degree in related fields may be considered.
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams and overseeing multiple operational workflows.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varying hours and respond to operational demands as needed.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
