Risk and Compliance Analyst

Our Client, a well-recognized Multinational in the Financial Industry is hiring a Risk and Compliance Analyst. This position will report to the In-House Attorney and Chief Compliance Manager. This position will bring support to the Compliance Division and the evaluation and effectiveness of Risk Management and Governance progress. This position will monitor the daily regulatory compliance implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Provide legal advice and guidance in the development and implementation of strategies and business policies
• Help in the Management of Legal cases
• Interpret and implement new regulations on business units

• Juris Doctor is a Must.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience on a Compliance, Risk Assessment or Audit in the banking industry or regulatory agency.
• Good Analytical, Interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Fully Bilingual (Strong verbal and written English and Spanish ).
• Proficient in MS Office; Advance Excel, Word, Outlook.
