The Lead Principal Solutions Architect is a sole contributor role that provides technical leadership across enterprise data and analytics initiatives. This role is responsible for shaping solution architecture, ensuring interoperability, and guiding the design of scalable, secure, and innovative data services and AI/ML platforms. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hybrid cloud environment, bridge technical and business perspectives, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the principal technical advisor to software engineering, DevOps, Data Operations, and Site Reliability teams.
• Align architecture designs with enterprise data strategy, governance frameworks, and business goals.
• Lead architecture reviews, reference blueprint creation, and standardization of reusable components, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design scalable hybrid and multi-cloud solutions for web-based data analytics, AI, ML, and business intelligence applications.
• Translate complex customer requirements into reliable, and high-performance technical solutions.
• Guide internal teams and clients on the adoption of data analytics and AI/ML solutions.
• Provide mentorship to new solution architects and engineering team members.
• Collaborate with product management, data scientists, and business stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to Statements of Work (SoWs), architectural documentation, and strategic planning for technology initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in solutions architecture within IT, data analytics, AI/ML, or related technology domains.
• 5+ years of experience in architecture design in client-facing or consulting roles.
• Experience with pharmaceutical industry supply chain and analytics solutions is a plus.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm, Argo CD), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of full-stack development, microservices, data flow design, and high-availability system architectures.
• Familiarity with platforms and technologies including DataBricks, Postgres or similar RDBMS, Neo4j, Delta Lakes, AI/ML models, Python-Django, TypeScript, React, Angular.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and AI-driven software development.
• Preferred Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, TOGAF, Databricks Certified Data Engineer/Architect.
• English Proficiency Required
