Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain teammates’ calendars.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including video conferences and in-person meetings.
- Assist with event planning and logistics for internal and external events, such as conferences, board meetings, and social gatherings.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
- Make travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and ground transportation, ensuring efficient and cost-effective travel plans.
- Assist with expense management, including tracking and submitting expense reports.
- Conduct research and provide information and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Physical office management: ensure a tidy office, manage supplies, manage security, keep certifications and insurance up to date, order lunch.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Based in Puerto Rico
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and ideally in Spanish.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
