Senior Finance Planning & Analysis

Our Client, a local Conglomerate is hiring a Senior Financial Planning & Analyst. This position will be responsible for highly complex studies, reports, and analyses in areas such as budgets, financial modeling, forecast and financial plans.

Responsibilities:

• Classify, quantify, and/or forecast business metrics & risks
• Prepare monthly management reporting package that includes analysis of key business trends and actual versus plan variances
• Support automation and enterprise consolidation of data used in performance reports
• Develop forecasting models
• Budget and variance analysis
• Design, develop, and produce standard performance analytics
• Support the CFO and Controller in other functions as deemed necessary

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or relevant field
• MBA preferable
• 8+ years of FP&A experience
• CPA, FP&A, CFA preferred
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
