Litigation Attorney

A legal leading firm in Continental US is hiring multiple Litigation Attorneys based in Puerto Rico.  These positions will be responsible for a strong understanding of legal procedures and documentation, court rules and ethical documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Draft motions, legal documentation and contract documents to confirm applicable legal and regulatory requirements
• Conduct legal research and provide thorough analysis of relevant laws and regulations
• Work closely with other attorneys and staff to ensure timely and efficient case management
• Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active state bar license in Puerto Rico or US States Bar
• Willing to work a 1:00PM-10:00PM schedule.
• On-site
• Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Strong proficient in English and Spanish (Verbal & Written)
