Junior Account Executive

In this role, you will ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and controls related to commercial insurance management. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring quality and efficiency in every interaction. Additionally, you will work closely with account executives to address client needs and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and understand clients' needs and expectations regarding their commercial insurance policies.
• Advise clients on policy management, providing clear and accurate information about coverages and exclusions.
• Analyze and verify received documentation, ensuring its proper update in internal systems like EPIC.
• Coordinate policy renewals and proposal requests with insurers, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Conduct market analysis to identify the best coverage options for clients.
• Review issued policies to ensure they comply with negotiated terms.
• Support various departments in managing and servicing assigned accounts.
• Efficiently manage the processing of endorsements, vouchers, certifications, specifications, and renewals.
• Participate in special projects as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in the insurance sector.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience related.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to the insurance industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to handle a high volume of work and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
