IT Technician

Our Client, an important   consulting Group is hiring an IT technical support professional. This position is responsible to operate and maintain computer systems and networks to support the most effective IT functionality for the operation And their employees.

• Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
• Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
• Ensuring the security of computers is updated by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software
• Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
• Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
• Assist during corporate stakeholders’ meetings and coordinate video conference services in person and virtually

Salary Range:  40-45k, according to candidate’s experience
