Description
Our client, a multinational leader in the service industry is hiring their IT System Administrator. This position will be responsible for managing the Company’s Third-Party Help desk, Guide the internal technical team and support a range of administration duties to ensure an effective business operation. This position reports directly to the IT Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Leading technical point of contact for requirements regarding technology issues
- Ensure all request are managed to meet Company’s standards and audit requirements
- Service owner for business services, upgrades and technology improvements
- Trouble shoot technology related problems
- Facilitate the flow of information regarding escalated incidents to the management team
- Maintain excellent standard of customer services
- Liason with third party suppliers when additional technical support is required
- Responsible for cyber security risks and escalate events when is necessary
- Lead the roll-out of new applications, and infrastructure
- Provide technological support and recommendations on technology projects
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in computer science or related field
- Fully bilingual
- 2 plus years of experience working within a highly dynamic technology environment
- Capable of working independently
- Knowledge of the following systems and principles will be beneficial:
- ITIL Problem and Change management processes
- Microsoft servers, File servers, DC, SQL
- Azure &Microsoft 365 tenants, identity, security, mainflow, IdP.
- Mobility and remote access
- Meraki wired &wireless networking
- Backups/DR workflows
- Egnyte document management platform
- Vulnerability management
