IT Site Leader

Our Client, a worldwide leader in the Pharmaceutical Industry is hiring an IT Site Leader. This position will be responsible to provide Business Technology solutions and support system across the organization in manufacturing, and other site systems operations.

Responsibilities:

• Drive cross-functional business IT strategy development, solution planning, site digitalization, risk management and relationship management
• Ensure successful delivery of the site’s information systems and digitalization roadmap
• Create and maintains the site digitalization roadmap, advocates and enables a unified approach to shop floor systems and data management, and manages a team of site resources in the execution of projects
• Assess and benchmark digitalization and Factory of the Future capabilities for the site, develop and communicate strategy and roadmap in close alignment with SLT, IME network leadership and BTS capabilities
• Ensure delivery of robust sustainable digitalization solutions that meet site and network priorities
• Provide expert guidance on new technologies and emerging IT trends for process and business reengineering
• Liaise with Global BTS, OES, Infrastructure and Quality teams ensuring high standards of service delivery and engage to influence continuous improvement opportunities for site operations
• Ensure cyber and operations resilience, compliance to data integrity and regulatory standards are maintained and adhered to across all site systems

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 12+ years relevant industry experience
• 5+ years of project management experience
• 5+ years leadership experience – direct reporting with demonstrated ability to motivate and develop teams in matrix environment
• Exposure to FDA, GMP, ISA95, safety and environmental legislation
• Knowledge of SCADA, PLC, HMI and IT/OT convergence
• Excellent communication skills in English/Spanish
