Infrastructure and Operations Director

Our Client, a Multinational Leader in the Healthcare Industry is hiring their IT Senior Director of Infrastructure & Operations, reporting directly to the Chief Information Technology Officer. This role is responsible for managing the internal IT infrastructure & Operations staff and the relations with key external IT Partners. This exciting role will be responsible for quality service, and create a modern enterprise ecosystem to maximize business performance and system availability.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all related IT infrastructure and Service Desk functions
• Central responsibilities for overseeing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
• Lead the IT infrastructure and Operations’ department strategic planning
• Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT systems
• Benchmark, analyze, report and make recommendations for the growth and modernization of the IT infrastructure and IT Systems
• Work with stake holders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations
• Manage financial aspects and budget of the IT department
• Administration and negotiation of all service agreements

• Bachelor degree in information systems, engineering or related field
• Ten plus years of relevant experience
• Project management experience
• Certifications: Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE)
• Cisco (CCNA/CCNP)
• CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+)
• VMware (VCA/VCP/VCAP)
• Fully Bilingual
