Description
Our client, a Multinational leader in the Service Industry, is hiring a Financial Planning Manager. This position will be responsible for the development and execution of subsidiaries and affiliates financial planning and analysis to promote the organization’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, manage, and administer the annual financial and operational Budget
- Implement and assist in the development of budgetary and financial policies, procedures, and business practices
- Prepare, develop, and present the Long-Term Growth Plan
- Develop, prepare, and present reports, recommendations, and findings
- Prepare, develop, and present Financial Forecast, as required
- Serve as an expert consultant to various departmental leaders in financial and budget issues and strategies
- Collaborate with department’s management in preparing budget documents; negotiate budget issues with department leadership; assist or supervise staff in assisting financial planning activities
- Discuss results with management and department heads and identify opportunities to address potential adverse trends
- Provide analytical support to management team including development of internal management tools and reporting capabilities
- Execute other financial planning and analysis activities, as requested
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting
- CPA and/or MBA nice to have
- 10+ yrs. of experience in a financial role
- Previous experience in Big 4, Investment, banking, financial experience in multinational nice to have
- Hands-on experience in:
- Office 360 Advanced Functionalities (MS-Excel / MS-PPT)
- Forecasting Models & Tools
- ROI Analysis
- Fully bilingual - English/Spanish
Compensation: Six figures commensurate with candidate experience, plus car allowance, performance bonus and excellent fringe benefits.
