Financial Manager

Our Client, a Real Estate Conglomerate is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst. This position will be responsible for providing financial analysis and insight in support to the operations of the real states business. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis
• Provides commercial and analytical support on key corporate projects
• Insight analysis of debt refinancing and equity investment
• Initiatives analysis and oversees opportunities
• Maintain real estate relations
• Prepares variance analysis and explanations
• Monitors property level metrics
• Preparation of the cash flow analysis
• Prepare the administration and tracking of assets
• Review accounting transactions for data accuracy

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or relevant field
• Master Degree in Finance or relevant field preferable
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
