Description
To effectively manage and provide service to the day-to-day operations and support needs of the Financial Advisors.
Responsibilities:
- Create Proposals, Illustrations, in force ledgers and support all New Business requirements for Investments, Pension and Insurance Business.
- Submit, monitor and follow up all Investment & Insurance applications and service requests to completion with sense of urgency and all IGO (In Good Order).
- Timely follow-up on all application requirements and underwriting questions, with regular communication with both the home office and PR office personnel to address needs for each customer case, including insurance, investment, and pension cases
- General office functions including typing, emailing, faxing, communicating, documenting, filing, follow up among others.
- Maintain calendar and agenda.
- Handle telephone calls and messages to completion.
- Maintain up-to-date on product information and application processing requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Secretarial Sciences, or a related field.
- Three years of experience in customer service and administrative positions within a professional environment.
- Superior customer service orientation.
- Excellent oral and communications skills in Spanish and English.
- Proficient in software like Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking and time management.
- Troubleshooting problems and finding promptly solutions.
- Team player, willing to assist in all aspects.
