Finance Director

Our client, a multinational in the service industry is hiring their Finance Director. This position has a direct reporting to the President with dotted line to the Company headquarters. The Finance Director is part of the management team, financial advisor and business partner to support the company objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Leads all the Comptrollership functions
• Financial Planning and budget preparation
• Budget Administration
• Treasury and Cash Management
• Revenue Cycle (Invoicing)
• Financial Risk Management
• Internal Controls
• Financial Strategies to support company’s objectives
• Supervision and mentoring of the finance department

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• MBA and /or CPA Preferred
• 10 plus years of relevant financial experience
• Previous experience in leadership role supervising a Finance Department
• Strong technical expertise in all accounting principles ( ie: USA GAAP, SOX)
• Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)

 Compensation: Commensurate to candidate experience plus fringe benefits package
