Finance Director

Our client, one of the largest Real Estate Services Firm in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean is hiring their Finance Director.  This position will be responsible for all the financial and accounting functions for the tenants and properties. This position is a key member of the senior leadership who collaborates and implements strategies that support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Leads all the Financial and Accounting tasks
• Supervises the accounting and buyers’ teams
• Responsible for the preparation of the financial budget, planning and reporting
• Lead all the general accounting functions
• Manage client financial relations
• Administration of leases and contracts
• Supervision of the collection functions

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• CPA license preferred
• 10+ years of related experience
• Previous experience in real estate services administration nice to have
• Property management experience nice to have
• Facilities management experience nice to have
• Construction management experience nice to have
• Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)

Compensation: Commensurate to candidate experience, includes six figure base salary, performance bonus and excellent package of fringe benefits.
