Director Finance Transformation

Our Client, a Multinational Company is hiring a Director to manage the office for financial projects and implementations. This position is responsible for the implementation of a new operating model

to optimize the financial functions across the enterprise. The new model will improve the Company position for an effective and efficient growth. This position is responsible to take the lead role to maximize the future operating model.

Responsibilities:

• Creates plans and implement transformative initiatives and projects across the Organization with focus on minimizing risk and maximizing financial benefits
• Articulate the business need for change and drive alignment with Company management
• Develop remediations plans for control deficiencies identified by external and internal audit management
• Provide direction and guidance to projects leaders
• Track program status issues, risks, as well as project budget
• Drive cross -functional and cross business unit alignment
• Ability to quickly learn new system technologies

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA license
• Previous experience leading financial projects and create a change in previous operating procedures
• Project management nice to have
• Previous experience implementing an ERP system
