The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy. This person will be dedicated to business growth through innovative marketing management.


  • Overseeing the development and execution of key marketing initiatives within the department.
  • Manage two team members with one direct report.
  • Marketing tactics integration into 360 campaigns or promo efforts: Advertising, Public Relations, Web, Events, Social.
  • Evaluate media proposals and execute media buys, analytics reporting & optimization tactics (display, programmatic, social & native) as needed to ensure the best program performance.
  • Assist CMO in evaluating creative strategy and concepts proposed by PR & Creative partner agencies.
  • Partner with the Communications Manager in the internal communication of Marketing efforts.
  • Overseeing social media marketing strategy execution. Contribute with ideas to improve tactics and implementation.
  • Oversee marketing analytics reporting against KPIs.
  • Drill down into marketing channels and site performance to identify actionable insights.
  • Partner with the Marketing Manager in the creative development of creative/editorial assets required to fulfill media plan deliverables.
  • Track and present internal analytics report of marketing efforts performance to CMO and Leadership team.
  • Manage Marketing Executive and agency partner in the development and execution of e-mail marketing communications practice.
  • Oversee Marketing Executive and Coordinator in the maintenance and performance of website.
  • Managing marketing projects from start to finish, within budget, and in a timely manner while safeguarding brand integrity.
  • Assist CMO with research projects and insight implementation across marketing plans.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • +7 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing creative and digital media agencies.
  • Proven experience managing creative processes with advertising/PR agency partners.
  • Well-versed in marketing research & analytics.
  • US mainland advertising agency experience (agency or client-side)
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Self-starter. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets.
  • Professional and proactive work ethic.
  • High competence in team and project management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Fully bilingual. 5+ years working with fully bilingual teams.
  • CRM & E-mail marketing experience are strongly encouraged.
  • B2B experience is a plus.
