Overview: As the Client Intake Representative, you're the frontline ambassador for the clients. Your role is crucial, assessing cases, guiding clients through the legal maze, and setting them on the right path.
Responsibilities:
-Engage clients effectively, gathering all necessary information and documents.
-Dive into case details, analyzing legal precedents to chart the best course forward.
-Keep clients in the loop with a structured follow-up process, ensuring they feel supported.
-Work towards exceeding the targets for converting and retaining clients every month and quarter.
-Input client and case data with precision into the CRM system, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze complex information and make sound decisions.
- You thrive in a team environment, where collaboration is key.
- Legal or customer service experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
