Analyst Associate

Our client, a Private Capital Advisor Firm with a distribution network in North America, Latin America, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific is hiring analyst and associates to join the Firm.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting offering materials such as executive summaries, investors presentations, etc.
• Assist in investors due diligence requests
• Prepare in-depth quantitative financial analysis and modeling to determine optimal offering structure
• Conduct research to landscape potential investors
• Assist senior Bankers in Company /Fund valuations, market mapping, etc.
• Analyze market trends, industries and strategies

• Bachelor degree
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Strong proficiency in Power Point, Excel, Word
• English Fluency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethics, attention to details
• Financially driven committed to meet strict deadlines.
