Description

Our client, multinational manufacturing company committed to extend life for millions of people worldwide, is looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to be the Key role organizing, managing and keeping administrative/clerical support to the Leadership Team on site.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including setting up and maintaining documentation needed; arranging meetings and conferences, preparing communications, maintaining schedules and others general administrative support.
  • Partner with Site Leadership driving administrative functions.
  • May manage various projects pertinent to the administrative role.
  • Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
  • Coordinate trip itineraries, arrange travel schedules, and make necessary travel reservations and submitting expenses.
  • Have to make independent decisions on a daily basis, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, preferably in Office Systems Management and/or Associate Degree in Secretarial Science required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Mfg. environment industry in and administrative support role.
  • Requires broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or education.
  • Organization and prioritization are the core elements of the Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities. Skills in the area of decision making, communication and collaboration, organizational skills and writing are essential to perform the role.
  • Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and switch focus with ease
  • Highly proficient computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
