The Administrative Assistant is responsible to assist and work directly with the President and Partner in general administrative tasks including but not limited to:
-Supports the optimization of corporate and personal agenda while coordinating with several contacts and stakeholders to ensure that the executive is able to focus on business priorities.
-Works with expense reports, invoice approval and related tasks.
-Prepares, review and writes memos, reports and handles confidential communications.
-Receives visitors, calls and directs them accordingly.
-Keeps updated files.
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Highly oriented to customer service
- Basic Knowledge of Peachtree
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
