A fast-growing organization with great opportunity for advancement is ready to hire a dynamic Administrative Assistant to effectively manage and provide support to a team of Financial Advisors. The ideal candidate must show attention to details, high customer service standards, and speak English & Spanish fluently. Position is based in Hato Rey.
Essential tasks will be:
- Perform all general office functions including typing, emailing, faxing, communicating, documenting, filing, follow up among others.
- Maintain Financial Advisors Calendar and Agenda
- Handle telephone calls and messages to completion
- Create Proposals, Illustrations, in force ledgers and support all New Business requirements for Investments, Pension and Insurance Business.
- Monitor and follow up all Investment & Insurance applications and service requests to completion with sense of urgency and all IGO (In Good Order).
- Maintain up-to-date on product information and application processing requirements
- Timely follow-up on all outstanding application requirements, and underwriting questions that arise. Requires active communication with Home office & PR office personnel regularly regarding items needed on each customer case including Insurance, Investment and Pension cases
- Marketing: Mailings, News Letters, e-post cards, local brokerage news among other marketing initiatives
- Support team to achieve and surpass goals in production for each of the areas of business.
Compensation: $28K-$30K plus fringe benefits
