IT Business Analyst & Product Design Lead

Our client, a fully funded large start-up is hiring an IT Business Analyst & Product Design Lead, a strategic leader ready to drive AI-powered digital transformations with cutting-edge technology and product innovation who will oversee cross-functional teams, translating business needs while ensuring seamless execution and market competitiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Drive AI-Driven Business Transformation – Analyze business needs, conduct market research, and develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration.
• Lead Product Innovation – Oversee ideation, prototype development, and UX/UI collaboration to create user-centric, AI-powered solutions.
• Manage AI Implementation – Oversee the full lifecycle of AI initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with business processes and continuous optimization.
• Bridge Business & Technology – Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts into actionable strategies.
• Provide Strategic Leadership – Guide cross-functional teams, drive emerging technology adoption, and maintain a competitive market advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product design, and/or technology implementation, with a strong emphasis on AI or machine learning.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Expertise in agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern data engineering practices.
