Investment Accountant

Our client, a Trusted Board is hiring an Investment Accountant. This position reports to the CFO and is responsible for the accounting functions for thew different investments funds.

Responsibilities:

• Managing company’s investment transactions & bookkeeping
• Investment Reporting and preparing financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually)
• Preparation of the annual budget
• Preparing comprehensive cost projections, summaries, reports, and recommendations
• Performing monthly key account reconciliations
• Implementing appropriate internal controls
• Coordinate with external auditors

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of fund accounting experience
• Knowledgeable of funds accounting and auditing principles and practices in their application to a wide variety of accounting transactions
• Knowledgeable of financial systems
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)

Compensation: Commensurate to candidate experience, includes base salary and excellent package of fringe benefits
