Litigation Attorney

Our client, a global leader in the service sector, is hiring an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their team. This role involves managing all stages of litigation, including case analysis, strategy development, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. This position will represent the Company in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations, ensuring the highest level of advocacy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and representation in litigations representing the Company.
• Draft and file motions, pleadings, and other court documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support case strategies.
• Advocate for the Company in court hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the state bar.
• 7+ years of experience in litigation, with demonstrated trial experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Fully bilingual
