Controller

Our Client, a Leader Distribution Industry is hiring a Controller. This position will be responsible for maximizing the return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems. 

Responsibilities:

• Ensures legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions
• Oversees cost and general accounting, accounts receivable/collection and payroll and risk management
• Guides financial decisions by monitoring and enforcing company and regional policies and procedures
• Implements financial and budgeting policies and procedures
• Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls
• Provides status of financial condition of the company by collecting, interpreting, and reporting key financial metrics
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations including taxes and regulatory financial compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
• 10+ years of corporate financial experience
• CPA license
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
