One of Puerto Rico’s largest private education groups seeks a President for one of their institutions. This person will be responsible for the profitable management of a multi-campus institution of higher learning. The ideal candidate will create a balance between high academic standards and profitable operations.

Requirements:

• PhD in Education or related, highly desirable
• Minimum 12-15 years experience directing an educational institution with a 5000+ student population
• Strong management and leadership capabilities
• Experienced in compliance with educational governing/accreditation boards
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish

Compensation:  Commensurate with experience, includes very competitive base salary, performance bonus, car allowance and excellent fringe benefits, plus relocation assistance if applicable.
