Description:

Establishes operational plans and schedules for the manufacturing department and the facilities group.

Provides direction and guidance to managers and exempt personnel who resolve issues and refine processes related to the transition of approved new product designs to full-scale production.
May establish operational plans and schedules for the Technology Transfer, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Facilities groups.
Provides direction and guidance to managers and exempt personnel who transfer new products, including process development, process validations, and who resolve issues and refine processes related to the transition of approved new product designs to full-scale production.
Ensures plant has ample manufacturing capacity and is operation in compliance with all the regulations. May also provide direction to the Information Systems group as well as the Engineering Services group
Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. compliance with FDA, BSI, EEO regulations, etc.).
Bachelor in Engineering or Sciences
Fully bilingual, both written and oral (English/Spanish)
