Description:

Leads and directs all activities involving the demand, supply and tracking of material and services to customers to exceed customer expectation at lowest cost. Leads the Supply chain organization to grow and develop professionally in a collaborative culture and be recognized as a centre of excellence and source of talent within the organization. Performs his/her role ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, values, principles & applicable laws and industry standards.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent relevant education
12+ years of experience with progressive responsibilities in across functions in supply chain management including process planning, implementing, and controlling the operations of the supply chain organization, procurement, purchasing, inventory control, warehouse management and vendor negotiation / management.
Bilingual- Spanish and English written & spoken
Advanced communication and influencing skills (multi-directional)
A proven track record in project implementation and continuous improvement processes, including managing deliverables, processes, and timelines.
