Our client, a leader in Health Care services, seeks a Marketing VP for their Puerto Rico Operations. This position is responsible for Marketing strategy, tactics and programs to create interest, demand and recognition in their products through direct marketing, special events and effective communication strategies. Also responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, training and managing all marketing functions to achieve the company goals.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree Business, Marketing or related

Minimum 10-12 years experience in Marketing of health services or other consumer driven services such as banking or insurance

Strong management / leadership abilities

Excellent strategic planning skills

Fully bilingual, written and spoken, a must
