Careers Inc. is Puerto Rico's oldest and largest Executive Recruiting firm founded in 1970 by Jerry De Moss and purchased in 1994 by its' current President of the Board, Rupert R. Amy. Between 1997 & 1998, Ruth González Méndez and Carla Deyo became partners and in 2005, Clara Amiama. In april 2008 all three seniors managers purchased a majority interest in Careers inc.

As a generalist firm, our company has our ten executive recruiters divided by areas of management disciplines, such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Insurance, Sales & Marketing, Management Information Systems, Banking, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Hospitality & Retail and General Administration. The majority of our recruiters are Certified Personnel Consultants, a designation awarded by the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) Washington, D.C.
Through the years, our company has extended the scope of its services to include outplacement counseling for individuals or groups and management consulting in the areas of professional training for managers and supervisors, executive coaching, to mention just a few. These services are offered through our affiliate company, Career Transitions, Inc.
