Our customer, one of the greatest places to work in Puerto Rico, is searching for a Senior Recruiter to join their dynamic high performing team. This position is responsible to lead the recruitment efforts for the assigned line of business/departments. Responsibilities will include serving as a business partner to the management team to proactively identify organizational hiring needs. Will develop and drive the recruiting strategy, conduct initial candidate interviews, manage candidates through the interview process, measure and optimize various recruitment programs, and act as primary contact for recruitment systems, tools and processes.
- Previous experience recruiting all level positions within a fast paced environment
- Have strong knowledge of the employment laws
- 5+ years recruiting experience in a corporate and/or agency environment
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience or proven leadership skills.
- Must be bilingual.
