Our customer, a dynamic and solid financial institution with over 40 years of successful operations in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, is searching for an Executive Assistant to join their team in Puerto Rico.
This position will provide support to the President and will be responsible for the day to day calendar, meeting preparation, scheduling, logistics, guest hosting as well as provider and business partners relations. The Executive Secretary must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize and work accurately and efficiently in a fast paced changing environment. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field is required. Candidate must be completely bilingual (English/Spanish), have strong Microsoft Office knowledge and presentation skills.
