Our client, a multinational company from the Consumer Industry is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their Caribbean & LATAM operations based in P.R. This individual will be an important liaison between the customer and the company. The ideal candidate will ensure that customers receive the best service through order processing, consistent communication, and problem solving as required.
- Track and monitor order status, product claims, prices, and new product specifications.
- Ensure timely delivery of all internal closing and invoicing of key accounts.
- Provide support to sales team during client visits to optimize customer relationships.
- Act as the primary customer contact regarding pricing, scheduling, and shipping.
- Bachelor’s degree. MBA highly preferred.
- Past experience with national retail chains.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel. SAP knowledge highly preferred.
